GlenTrees showflat is a single level 4 bedroom flat with a footprint of 135 sqm. Our challenge for this unit was due to its positioning within the complex; thus we devised a conceptual direction which targets an upward mobile family with teenagers leaning towards more social lifestyle but also whom relishes their privacy.
