DBTA was commissioned to combine the former all day dining and specialty outlets resulting in a multi live cuisine interactive kitchens culminating in 5 star restaurant. Spatially, by orienting the majority of guest seating towards the outdoor swimming pool, this allows the guests both an daytime and evening ambiance for Al Fresco dining complete with a live interactive kitchen.
